to all the Americans. this is normal. random breath tests are legal and fine. usually takes 2 minutes and gets drunk drivers off the road

Only law in Aus regarding gear is a compliant helmet. You could go lady Godiva if you wanted as long as you are wearing one. Saying that, you’re mad if you don’t wear all the gear.

Clearly all the whining is coming from those who don’t do the right thing on a bike. I don’t care if it’s not cool to wear proper gear, I’ve been knocked off once with jeans and t-shirt, never again.!
