@lowbackability: Fear can never bring you back home. It only kept me lost, within my own body. Every reinjury just reaffirmed my need to be more careful. Until I reached the point where tying my shoes or sneezing too hard would trigger a flare up. At this point, I had no more room left to hide. Life forced me face my back injury head on and shed the learned ignorance and avoidance I had learned. I pursued direct low back building BEFORE I knew the science backing it. It was my only route left at that point. Years after rebuilding myself without surgery, the intuitive sense is becoming backed by more and more reputable science. The adaptability of spines has been shown plenty of times in research. The linger tales of studies going against this were mainly about studies testing cadaver spines(dead pig spines). The misconceptions about shear force on the spine has lead to mass misdirection… Just like the misconceptions of direct compression and load on the knees with knees over toes and full bend. Avoidance makes you better at avoiding. But life will continue to expose you until you choose to listen…or you completely dissociate from your body and mask pain further. I hope every piece of content about this continues to ring true to you and bring confidence in movement. It feels like a lost truth, hidden in plain sight. Pain can make the road bumpy, but the truth is still the truth. Rooting for ya. ❤️🩹 #lowbackpain #lowback #mobility #training #squat #posture #lowbackability #lowbackpainrelief #hipmobilityexercise #backtraining #injuryprevention #strength #ability #Lowback #athletics #lowbackmobility #backpain #Fitness
