OT here. OT especially and many PTs are not fairly compensated for the amount of education required. OT is switching to an entry level doctorate in 2027 which does NOT equate to higher compensation.

In this economy, I also HIGHLY suggest leasing agent at a apartment community. Most companies will give you discounted rent, CRAZY commissions on top
