soo since this has happend to me many times (I'm empathetic and I'm a medium) I'd recommend burning sage down at your rooms, around your house, etc. then wherever you think the bad energy is at or located ig put some salt, burn more sage, and place some crosses and holy water (if you can find any) and what I do is I wear an evil eye around me at all costs. it helps keep the bad energy warded off. and if you want to try make a peace offering/treaty. go to where it is and burn tobacco. (may or may not work) That is about all I can give you.
