Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin. 2. Whisk Eggs: In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. 3. Prepare Veggies: Remove seeds from tomatoes, chop, and pat dry. Stir in tomatoes, spinach, carrots, onions, and cheese (if using) into the egg mixture. 4. Fill Muffin Tin: Pour mixture into muffin cups, about 3/4 full. 5. Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes until set and lightly golden. 📌 Sweet potato muffin recipe  Ingredient  - 2 cup cooked sweet potatoes - 1 banana - 1/2 cups almond flour - 1 cup rolled oat - 1/2 cups coconut flour  - 2/3 milk  - cinnamon - chia seed Instructions: 1. Mash the cooked sweet potatoes and banana. 2. Combine all ingredient in a mixing bowl 3. Scoop them on a baking sheet 4.
