I feel like most of these aren’t used. I use 2, 3, and 7, but other than that I would use q for ق, kh for خ, t for ط, and gh for غ

Bassant Othman :
I feel that in Egypt, we mostly use the 2, 3, 3’ or 8, 5, and 7. We casually use ‘q’ for ق, ‘t’ for both ت and ط, ‘s’ for both س and ص, and ‘d’ for both د and ض. Finally, some use 4 for ‘sh’ like “thirsty = 3at4an.”

In The Maghreb (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, etc.), we use 9 for ق and we don't really use the 6 or 8. I mostly speak for Morocco, though.

You need to see how Maltese is written in the Latin script.
It sounds like Arabic.
