with hip and lbp you have to check ql, iliopsoas and glutes/piriformis. any of these dysfunctioned can lead to glute med inactivation.

I would do ANYTHING for another strengthening exercise for exactly this 😭 physios just keep telling me to stretch and this is it. No stability with my right hip since I was a kid!
