Lightly season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper. Pat dry the chicken before cooking. 2. Place the chicken skin side down and render the fat for 6 minutes or until the skin is brown and crispy. 3. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce by combining all of the ingredients above. 4. Flip the chicken over and cook for another 3 minutes or until it cooked through. Set aside. 5. Pour the sauce to the pan and bring it to a boil. 6. Place the chicken back to the pan and cook until the sauce has thickened and make sure both sides are covered with the sauce. 7. Plate your chicken on top of the rice, serve with your favorite veggies, garnish with sesame seeds, spring onions and enjoy!
