Thank you 😭 I have severe severe anxiety and my anxiety gives me symptoms of heart flutters or heart palpitations. It’s scary yea but I’m learning it’s normal. Expecally for people who are hyper vigilant with there anxiety. Thank you again.

My doctor said my ectopic beats are caused by anxiety, even though I can have them while being completely calm. I probably will never get out of this cycle
