Yeah you went to an actual supermarket which tends to be on the higher ends, you should check out an actual food market in the mornings, that's where people normal buy thier vegetables and food

This is actually on the expensive side, i tried going to Hema supermarket in Putuo and in Aldi .. prices are not that bad (not cheap as well)
