Please keep talking about this. It's helpful and anything I try is only a "Band-aid" for the time being it seems. My only go to is covering my ears with palms & tapping the back of my head to calm it.

Ive had tinnitus since i was a toddler and the only way i can block it out is by making sure theres noise or music thats louder than it

if blending in, it's probably "low volume." just being aware doesn't usually make it "louder." but when it gets louder, I'm definitely more aware.

Can I share a funny? Next time I see my audiologist, I’m going to bring my wife. Often I can’t hear her but I can hear someone across the room in a setting w/ around 10 people. It’s not psychological
