saw a video of a teacher that retired end of 2023 school yr. his starting salary was 40k. My mouth dropped pay hasn’t gone up in over 30yrs.

I have a riddle. If teaching is a female dominated profession why are most (70%+) admin teams males 🤔 you said out 6 teaches all were female. Shouldn’t their be more female admin mathematically

What I have found in my research is that the change began to occur when laws governing free public education began to develop. most teachers were single women, which was a rule.
