@shellydoesdiy: Details HERE⤵️ It was love at first sight when I chanced upon these rattan end tables. My DIY BFF @Deborah recently refinished an identical table in a gorgeous beige paint wash so I already had a glimpse into their future. After stripping the outdated dark finish, I did a light wash and then a darker wash, and voila! Steps: 1. Strip: I used GreenEZ on one table and QCS on the other so I could figure out which I liked best. Both are safe for people, pets and plants and work great. I love both but GreenEZ might be a little easier for beginners. My affiliate code is ShellyChic10 if you want to try either. 2. Sanded 3. Paint wash using 1:4 Millstone: water. Millstone has apparently been discontinued. I think Bedford or Cathedral Taupe by Fusion Minersl would be good alternatives. 4. Wash with 1:3 van dyke brown glaze/graystone : water 5.
