@iricksnacks: Say “YUM” if you would eat this easy Zucchini Lasagna 😋🙌 Grease a baking dish & add marinara, cooked beef, thinly sliced zucchini, ricotta & mozzarella. Repeat & top with more cheese. Cover with foil and bake @ 375F for 30 minutes. Take it out, remove the foil & put back in until the cheese on top is bubbly. (10-15 mins) This is such a quick and delicious dinner idea that only takes a few minutes to prepare 👌 Tips: For the ricotta, mix 1/2 cup with an egg, Italian seasonings and a few tbsp Parmesan. For the zucchini, after slicing, salt it heavily, let it sit a few minutes and pat dry to remove the moisture. You can also do the same thing with peeled zucchini for more traditional lasagna noodles.
