@thehuskyfam: Strawberry cheesecake for my furry Valentines! 🍓🍰 Ingredients: 1 cup rolled oats 1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce Strawberries 1/2 cup low-fat plain cream cheese 1 tbsp kefir 2 cups heavy whipping cream Directions: 1. Pulverize the oats in a blender and then add them to a bowl with the applesauce. Mix it together and add half of the dough to a 4” spring pan and smooth it out with the back of a wet spoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. 2. Cut the tops off of 3 strawberries so they are the same height and then slice them into thin slices. Once the crust has cooled, add the strawberry slices to the outer rim of the pan. 3. For the filling combine the cream cheese and kefir then add it to your the top of your crust. Refrigerate for a couple hours until it firms up. 4. Optional: to make the whipped cream add the heavy whipping cream to a canister and charge it with a new cartridge. Shake it about 10 times, if it isn’t thick enough you can shake it a few more times until it’s the right consistency!
