@georginaelizat: Lemon and sugar crêpes! I was up early making these crepes for breakfast today (hence the whispering) because it’s one of the best food holidays of the year imo! These pancakes are made with only THREE ingredients and are perfect with a classic lemon and sugar topping. Recipe below. Ingredients 180g plain flour 500ml milk 1 tbsp veg oil Lemon juice Sugar Instructions 1. In a bowl, add your flour. Make a well in the centre. Gradually and slowly add the milk into the well, whisking as you go. Don’t do this step too quickly otherwise you will form big lumps. Once all combined, add the oil and whisk together. 2. Once a non-stick frying pan is hot, add ¼ cup of the batter and swirl into a crêpe shape. Once golden and cooked on the underside, flip it. Then leave it for a further minute to cook. 3.
