Okay so I had a few phantom shifts before and when I go to a pool or beach maybe even a lake! I always felt like I was maybe a shark or a fish in the water LIKE I HAD A SHIFT IN THE POOL and i truly believe. and when I do quads(drobics) I feel like I could almost BE like a medium sized animal maybe a raccoon or possum and I know i LOVEE nature I have a rlly kewl pine one in mai house rn !

I am a therian and am almost constantly mentally or sensory shifted with phantom shifts sometimes and can control it, but its hard to and makes it really hard to keep it hidden. I only figured it 1/2

Hey, so identifying as an animal doesn't specifically make you a therian, there are identities when you can voluntarily identify as an animal while therianthropy is based on involuntary experiences
