Sounds to me Like there running a scam. if she gives cash back they leave and cancel transaction or dispute the charges then they get refunded twice, becouse everyone knows if it come off card it HAS to go back on the card. Unless the card is stolen and there trying to get money. I would have just called the police and they would have made them give them card or phone. And then have them trespassed. They figured if they cause enough of a disturbance and holding up the timer hoping they would just cave and do whatever so they would leave. Glad she recorded this. People are freaking nuts.
