Crème Brulee 🍮🍓 featuring the Sondiko Butane Torch 🔥 Recipe: 2 Cups of Heavy Cream 1/4 tsp of Salt 1/4 Cup of Granulated Sugar 1 Fresh Vanilla Bean 5 Room temperature Egg Yolks 1/4 Cup of Graulated Sugar Directions: 1. To a saucepan, add Heavy Cream, Salt, Sugar, Vanilla Bean (cut open). 2. Whisk on medium low heat until it begins to boil. Remove from heat and sit aside. 3. In a bowl, add Egg Yolks and 1/4 Cup of Sugar. Mix until combined. 4. Slowly add in some of the heavy cream and whisk slowly. 5. Combine both mixtures together and separate into ramekins. 6. Place ramekins into another baking dish and fill with hot/boiling water halfway. 7. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes or until the middle is still jiggly. (Note: all ovens cook differently. You may need to adjust your temperature) 8. Remove from oven and allow to cool before covering and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight (I let mine sit overnight) 9.
