(For steam, put hot water in it while the oven is heating up, let it stay until the end of cooking, when it decreases, add hot water) 🇹🇷Turkish KOLAY CİABATTA  400 gr ekmeklik beyaz un (3.5-4 su b.) (kontrollü koyalım) 350 gr su (1.5-2 su b.)  35 gr zeytinyağı (çeyrek çay b.) 8 gr instant kuru maya (1 y.k.) 8 gr tuz (1 tatlı k.) Tüm malzemeleri tek seferde homojen olacak şekilde karıştırıp 30 dk dinlendirelim.
