hey!!! just some advice! i don't think these are ready to be changed yet! the swelling is likely just irritation from being changed too early, as long as it's not oozing any yellow/green fluid (1/?)

rings move too much and get bacteria inside the piercing. studs are the best thing for healing piercings because they don’t move around so much.

2 long stainless steel flat back labret rings will be the most comfortable and allow for swelling i suggest keeping them in for AT LEAST a few months before changing it

y'all I used hoops and it was fine. I was pierced with them too. just use a bigger hoops. it all depends on the person tho

rings will NOT heal on newer lip piercings,the excess movement is an extreme irritant, get some long flat back studs and wait a month and some change

If you want advice: Switch back to a stud and it'll get better fast, then let it fully heal before putting the hoop back in 👍

I had this happen to me switching to hoops THREE years into healed lip piercings. Went back to flat bars and never had an issue again. 🤷🏼♀️

On thing I’ve learned is hoops will ruin any piercing if u dont wait like a year 😭 i put one in after 6 MONTHS and it rejected 😭
