He paid for the seat! HE should be able to put the car seat in it. UNLESS they REIMBURSE HIM 150% of the ticket price. standby is just that. stand by

If the person intended for the seat doesn’t show up, they can sell the seat. So he should’ve had his son’s seat transferred to his baby’s seat in the system so it couldn’t be resold.
