how to create curl ringlets 🫶🏼✨ aka a quick tutorial on my FAVOURITE styling technique: finger rolling! keep reading + SAVE for how to finger-roll 👇 💡 STEP ONE: make sure your hair is fully wet and brushed through. you’ll find this a lot more difficult if your hair isn’t smooth beforehand 💡 STEP TWO: apply cream and gel beforehand, I’ve found that applying both stylers before finger rolling really helps the clump stick together 💡 STEP THREE: separate the hair dry and and then roll your fingers down it, placing your index finger underneath 💡 STEP FOUR: wrap the hair strand around this finger, I usually use my index finger and middle finger and roll up to the roots 💡 STEP FIVE: once at the roots, gently release the middle finger and then use the index finger to unravel the curl (confusing, I know 😂🥲 the video demo best shows it!) 💡 STEP SIX: release both fingers from the curl. then I’ll scrunch it and maybe add more gel if I want maximum hold + definition that’s all! finger rolling is my favourite technique and always gives me the more defined ringlets! + credit to @13rianda who inspired this reel! 🥰 if you have any questions then feel free to leave a comment 🫶🏼💡✨ #curlyhair #curlyhairtips #3acurls #curlygirl #curlyhairroutine #curls #curly #curlscurlscurls #curlyhaircare
