@cnn: The body of Audrii Cunningham, an 11-year-old girl who disappeared while on her way to school in Texas, was found in the Trinity River, according to Polk County Sheriff Byron Lyons. The suspect in the death and disappearance of Audrii is a family friend named Don McDougal, who was entrusted with dropping her at a school bus stop the day she vanished. Prosecutors are preparing an arrest warrant for McDougal, 42, and believe the evidence supports a capital murder charge, Polk County District Attorney Shelly Sitton said.
