It happened to me many yrs ago before I had my oldest so more then 11 yrs ago but yes it feels so real I wanted to scream and move so bad and I couldn’t 😫😫😫

that sounds like literal torture.... I used to get really really bad dreams, re occurring dreams of the trauma I experienced, but meditation helped🥰
