When you have a living trust, your assets will pass to your beneficiaries according to the terms of the trust, without the need for probate.

If I know I’m going 2 die I’m going 2 leave the money 2 my 4 kids not 2 my husband and I would take the money out every few weeks and log it in to there accounts save Solictor’s
