Thank you! So the difference between bread dough and pizza dough is the 1-2 T of oil. Is that basically it? We make bread all the time using that basic recipe with salt and without oil.

Hey Al! First off love all your recipes and have tried a ton! I wanted a quick dough today so I tried this one (I used a mixer). Was low on bread flour so I went 50/50 bread/semolina flour. Not sure what it taste like normal but you gotta try the half and half!
