when I worked at cvs, we closed at 9. people would call at 845, say "I'm 40 min away, can you stay open until I get there?" at least once a week.

Lmao yes they do. My job takes a minimum 90 minutes to do correctly. Weekly a customer walks in 30 min before closing demanding full service. Nope! I’ll gladly lose the sale rather than deal with them

I used to work at a store where we had to keep 1 exit door unlocked for safety. We had men every night who would walk to the other side of the store to go in that 1 door to shop.
