@sathishmuns_train: The Reverse Hyper A exercise tool popularized by westside barbell, it was a machine used to build stronger lower backs for power lifters dealing with pain. I personally think it’s a great tool that encourages how strong ones back can be through flexion. Most individuals learning to use it, finds it very awkward and different than most other traditional exercises, but when taught the way I perform it, it starts to make a lot more sense.
