@mindof_kels: Adding these into your every day routine, whether youre working out while pregnant or not can help decrease back pain, help with tight hips & help with a tight pelvic floor Ill be honest I was horrible at any sort of mobility or warmups before I was pregnant, but now that im pregnant, I never skip a warmup or mobility. This is what I did today to prep for my leg day! Everything 3-4 times, for at least 30 seconds per side!
