the #1 problem is 4 mile commuters. diesels NEED to get hot, they NEED to be worked. this happens with DI, gas or diesel

there is a way of taking it out without the cab off. it's just that one torx bolt in the back that's the hardest

First take that EGR cooler off and toss it. Then do a “weight reduction” with the exhaust” change the CAC tubes over to bigger ones, and a catch can

My Cruze diesel looked like that before I deleted the EGR. I had to spray sea foam/Berymans into it to clean it out.
