@shellydoesdiy: HERE👇🏽 This beautiful vintage bar cart belonged to my sweet client’s late mother. As a child, one of Sarah’s weekly chores was to clean her mother’s cabinet. When Sarah moved, she knew it was time to update the piece. She brought me a sample of the wallpaper that would be behind the cabinet and I was able to match one of the detail colors. The color is perfect, Sarah was just a dream to work with, and I know she will cherish it forever. 1. Clean 2. Sand w/orbital sander (I stripped the top but only scuffed up the base) 3. Tape off and cover the top (to stain later) 4. Prime using cabinet roller and Artist’s brush 5. Scuff sanded between coats of primer, paint and topcoat 6. Paint sprayer 7. Paint: wallpaper color match 8. Wipe pre-stain conditioner on the top: 9. Wipe stain on top 10. Polyurethane 11.
