I do 1 bag Bigelow green tea (decaffeinated) 2 tbsp acv, 1/2 tsp tumeric. Aside from my fupa going down it suppresses my appetite all day. Trying raw honey 🍯 and lemon juice in the morning.

I make like a “tea” one cup of warm water like tea with about a tablespoon apple cider vinegar and a sprinkle of cayenne first thing in the morning and right before bed. It works WONDERS. 🥰
