They will firm up more in the fridge and keep up to a month! I want to try a coconut milk layer next time 😍 -1/3 C juice -2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup -1 Tbsp beef gelatin or 1 packet of unflavored gelatin Whisk juice and honey in a saucepan and set heat to medium/low. Mix 1Tbsp water with the gelatin to form a gummy paste. Add the gelatin paste to the saucepan and whisk to dissolve. Bring mixture to a soft boil. Quickly add to molds and refrigerate for 2 hours to set. *you can use any juice except pineapple. The bromelain enzyme won’t allow for the gummies to set up but you can try mixing pineapple with another juice, like mango! *add veggie juice for extra nutrition! *for a larger batch, I use 1C juice, 1/2C gelatin and 2 Tbsp honey and I add the gelatin right to the juice.
