@kitchenmisadventures: Liang Pi 1. Combine 100 grams of all-purpose flour, 100 grams of corn starch, and 300ml of water. 2. Strain it to remove any lumps. 3. Brush a plate with oil to prevent sticking, then pour the mixture onto the plate and spread it evenly. 4. Place the plate in a steamer over boiling water, cover, and steam over low heat until bubbles form on the surface. 5. Once done, remove from the steamer and put it in the cold water. Cut it into pieces. 6. Prepare a tasty sauce to go with the Liangpi( garlic, chili flakes, sesame seeds, hot oil, vinger, light soy sauce, sugar) 7. Add some peanuts,carrot, and cucumber on top for added flavor and texture. Tried this today and the noodles tasted really nice but it has a very soft texture compared to the chewier texture we know noodles to have. It also breaks apart.
