Note: There are plenty of other garnish ideas you could follow through with. For example, you could add bananas, Nutella, crushed biscuits, and caramel sauce slices. Ingredients: 1 Egg 105g Lukewarm milk 90g Cool pieces of cubed unsalted butter 7g dry yeast 240g Flour 10g Cacao powder 3g Sea salt 32g Sugar Optional Idea Garnishes: Jar of Nutella Raspberry Jam for garnish (w/o seeds) Small punnet of Strawberries Small punnet of Blueberries Small punnet of Raspberries Approximately 24 Small Chocolate Squares/disks One Packet of Oreos (Crushed) Optional Idea Whipped Cream Topping: 100g Mascarpone 150g Cream (35% fat Content) Your Steps to Sucess: Mix milk and active dry yeast in a small bowl. Add the remaining dry ingredients together. Add eggs and milk yeast mixture. Knead the dough until a very smooth dough forms. Add butter to the dough and knead until well incorporated (dough needs to be smooth) — proof for an hour or until double in size. Knock out air shape into a tight ball and dust it with flour. Cover and proof again for 30 min or until double in size. Preheat the oven to 200°C/392°F. Prepare one large square sheet of parchment for the pizza dough. Roll out or stretch the dough ball on the prepared baking sheet and reproof for 30 minutes. Prepare fruits in the meantime. Whip mascarpone and cream until soft peak form. Refrigerate both fruits and cream. Return to dough, press down in the middle and then add a thin layer of Nutella. Slide the baking sheet with the dough onto an oven tray. Bake for 7-8 minutes. Add crushed Oreos and roughly eight chocolate squares/disks. Place the dish back in the oven for 45 seconds— cool dessert pizza before adding whipped cream and fruits, and dust liberally with icing sugar before serving.
