this is so weird coming from him, because it seems that he makes music for him ,it doesn't feel commercial or for others, but I admire Jacob anyways and I like what he's saying, I just don't hear it in his music.

I think the fact that so many people are offended by Jacobs music shows that he’s actually making art of value. So much music makes people feel completely indifferent.

I just listened to Rick Rubin and I think his saying that he doesn't care about what other's think is not meant to be "disrespectful" but telling us to be absolutely "self-assured" and not to "do" what others want you to do. Whose side is right? GOD knows??? Good conversation though....
