@the.sarahtaylor: Come with me as a plus size personal trainer to the launch of @HOKA now available in Canada at @Sport Chek - thanks for hosting me and for my first pair of Hokas! I was also gifted my fit from the @forwardwithdesign collection - wearing the 1x on the bottom, 2x on the top. We got to do a bodyweight HIIT workout in the store before the mall opened with @liv mcilkenny - I had never taken a class with her but she brought all the good vibes! It's important for me to represent plus size bodies in fitness spaces because they are not often seen (or included) and I know many of you (myself included in the past) have felt intimidated or like we didn't belong. But we do belong and we will take up that space and be confident doing it and move those beautiful bodies and I will keep fighting for inclusion and taking up the space for us! I've been working with Sport Chek for years and am grateful to be included in events like this because it really does mean a lot.
