@loysantis: Im usually guilty of needing to go to the gym to actually do my core work 🙂even though i dont need any equipment Before pregnancy i was already in the habit of doing deep core work 2x a week. Since getting pregnant,that has been a priority! 1-2x a week of deep core work. Nothing crazy. Watch the video to see some of the movement i have done to train my TA muscles. Another big priority has been stretching, a MUST. I do my best to do at least 10 minutes daily.
