I have this too! it started for me 2 years ago. I was told it was tics, but don't have Tourette's or anything so I don't know. mostly in my legs, sometimes it is sudden and scares me, but sometimes I can feel the tics coming. it feels like electricity in my body and I know an "electric shock" (tic) is about to happen, so I wait, like with a sneeze.

I have exactly this. Mine comes from the base of my spine. Happens every couple of minutes. Currently being reviewed by neurology for FND and MS

I've recently started getting the jerking/twitching for the past 4 months. it's all over, my arms, legs, mt torso, shoulders, I should've known it was part of the pots.

i get this over my whole body. sometimes chest sometimes arms or leg. been getting this since childhood, fluttery feeling then it jerks. my potasium levels and other tests comes back fine, they suspect neorological issue but dont have funds for brain tests. my Dad had the same problem, i am currently using Antistax ( for restless leg syndrome) which seems so calm the limb down. ( i dont have restless legs btw)
