July 5th, 2025: A JetBlue Airways Airbus A320, operating as Flight 302 from Fort Lauderdale to New York’s JFK Airport, encountered a mechanical issue during its descent. As the aircraft approached JFK, the flight crew reported a flap failure, forcing them to break off their approach.
