Meanwhile, prepare your sauce. In 2 tbsp oil, sauté garlic and onion. Add tomato paste and gochugaru, and ramen sauce and cheese powder cook for 2 minutes. Then, add heavy cream and ramen water; cook for 1-2 minutes. Add ramen and tteobokki, mix well. Add mozzarella cheese and spring onions, cover until the cheese melts.
