my company hired me 11 years ago and have encouraged me to keep my piercings in (more than this kid has), but im also a lead creative designer. might depend on the role. salesman, this wouldn't fly.

I always get a professional haircut, take out my piercings, and try to cover my tattoos as best as I can for ANY job interview. even if it's a job for a bar and all the workers are tattooed.
