@leansquad1: All this food before breakfast…🤯😵 what they ate: - 4 eggs - 3 blueberry protein smoothies (without blue berries)🤪 - half a pack of bacon - 1 pack of raspberries - 2 ounces of 3% milk - 1 apple - 3 pieces of almond butter toast - vitamins (vitamin d, fish oil, vitamin c, and calcium) - water (plus a splash of my electrolyte drink)🤣 We always wonder why we’re tired at 9am and then we remember it’s because feeding our four boys is the equivalent to working a full shift at a restaurant 🤣 So if you’re in the same boat, remember you are not alone!
