@thezenhenandthehoneybee: When we plant our seeds in Florida is as important as how we grow them. The heat of Summer here damages pollen during our hottest months decreasing fruit production. We also have considerably more pest activity in the Summers as well. Some foods thrive in the heat while others go directly to seed instead of being productive food producing members of our gardens. Here’s my list of what I’ll be starting from seed in March here in my Florida garden. Keep in mind that there is a world of plants out there, so it is not possible for this list to ge all encompassing.
