Recipe for 2 or for one person like me 😜 Ingredients: - 50g oats - 2 bananas - 2 eggs - 1 scoop of whey protein (I chose the flavor berries, but any other taste works too, like vanilla, etc...) - Splash of almond milk until you get the perfect consistency - (Optional) 1 teaspoon of baking powder, will make your pancakes thicker and more airy) Garnish for flavor and texture: - Berries - Dark chocolate - Shredded coconut - Chia seeds Berries coulis : - Berries - Honey Easy steps for your favorite pancakes: In a blender or, like me, with a hand mixer, mix the oats, bananas, baking powder, eggs, whey protein until well combined. Add a splash of milk until you have a consistency a bit thicker than normal crepe batter and then add a few berries. For the coulis, cook your berries with a tablespoon of honey until you get a thick coulis with pieces of berries. Heat a non-stick pan, add butter, pour batter, and add chocolate. Cover and flip when holes appear. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Repeat until batter is finished.
