avoidant attachment? nah I got that object permanence and that applies to people unfortunately. out of sight out of mind, I literally just forget and I do have real issues with it.

These type of people (yes, me too) are very loyal friends. They usually don't have many friends, so they are dedicated to you more. They won't leave you even if you don't reach out for a year.
