Make sure to flour your baking tray before pouring mixture. Put in oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Mix Double cream, evaporated milk, condensed milk and milk together. Pour the mixture over the cake. Let it sit for 10 minutes so it can soak up the mixture. Then melt the caramel and pour over the cake and spend evenly.
