Filipinos are expected to be independent at an early age 😄 I was in grade 2 when my mom ask me to buy grocery in our town 20 min ride with only the list of what to buy and the money and no phone 😂😂

Lol I learned to commute at grade 3, I was 9 years old. In Asia, you're pretty much allowed to be a child adult. Sometimes you have no choice.

US is like baby sitting students till their 18 then rushing them to adulthood. In PH, you'll be forced to recognize reality at tender age then be protective to you at early adulthood stage
