You should not be using the hardest setting on your tonsils!! It WILL rip/tear the tonsils. Use the softest setting only

If you used any of those modes on ur toncils they will bleed. Wym strong enough to get rid of them😭. You need to use something super weak to get rid of em.

I bought a water pik at my local store definitely love it and recommend for those who have a permanent retainer after getting braces because flossing is impossible

I asked my dentist and they said to use regular floss, water pick, and then brush your teeth! they recommend also increasing the pressure by one notch per week. Always start low
